Dear God,

Today was a rough day for me. When I left school, I took a moment to slow down and look up to the sky. I saw a single star shining down on me. It wasn’t that dark yet. But the star was there, twinkling on me, as if conveying a message. Lord, I was very happy when I saw it. I knew it was you, reminding me what matters at the end of the day: Looking up at the sky and thinking ‘I did something good today.’ Thank You for today, Lord. It was one of the toughest days of my life. I faced things which I tried so hard to avoid. But thank you, so much for granting me the strength that I need. I may not be your strongest child, but I know that you will keep me strong enough to be able to battle everyday. With you, nothing is impossible — that I am sure of. 🙂
