For the man of my dreams

Dear God, 

I know you have a purpose for me but i can’t see it right now. Any prayer i call out to you…. i feel like im not getting through. My boyfriend has been very ill for 2 years now and it just keeps getting worse. He isnt responding to treatment. I don’t know what to do. I’m running out of steam God. I am also trying to worry about myself getting into collage and all of my problems. Just give me understanding lord! Please give me strength… I can deal with whatever you have in store for me but please help the man of my dreams to get better. Give me understanding and the endurance to carry out your work.
