i feel so lost.

Dear God,

I’ve known my best friend for practically my whole life. And just a few days ago, we got into a fight over a boy. She basically decided to throw away our decade of friendship to be with him; she told me it hurts her, but it doesn’t seem like it when she rubs the fact that she’s pretty much in love with him in front of me.

I feel so alone, so lost and empty inside. It’s almost as if a part of me died and I can’t do anything about it.

Lord, I pray that you help me get through this. Help me understand why she chose him over me, help me find the courage to be strong, and to move on from our friendship. I need you to help me move on, because it’s pretty clear that she chose him and doesn’t want me in her life.

Please God, help me. Help me cope with my pain. I want to feel whole again.
