Bring Kindness Into My Heart, Please

God,

My husband had an emotional affair from March to May.  It devastated me.  It’s left me a paranoid wreck.  It consumes me. 

Based upon conversations I’ve had with “the other woman” I’ve grown to hate her more than I’ve ever hated anything in my life.  It’s uncontrollable.  The anger and hatred I feel inside is unhealthy and I don’t wish to feel this way any longer.  Please god, bring kindness into my heart.  Help heal me.  Help my marriage.  Please.
