Help…

There God,
Please help me to solve the problems and issues i have caused between me and my girlfriend, i love her but im so scared about our future. I can’t blame her for feeling the way she does as everything we are going through is my fault but please give me the strength and patience to fix our problems and repair my mistakes. Please also help me sort out myself, lately with all the arguments i have been hating myself, the thought of self-harm has come to my head in the past couple of days and i hate it, i just want things to be ok between us. Please give me strength to sort out these problems between me and her.
