Dear God,

Lord, I pray that you can help me through this hard time in my life. I want to become closer to you, I want to give my heart and soul to you, but it’s not as easy as I thought it would be. There are so many things around me that tempt me to turn around and not care anymore. I know I shouldn’t worry about finding a boyfriend because someday You will give me the right guy, but Lord, I can’t help but feel the temptation to find one on my own. Lord please give me the strength to trust that You will help me through this, and keep me on the right path. I pray that You will teach me how to love You with all my heart, and how to share it with my friends that still need to find You. Lord, I pray in Your name. Amen.
