Dear Lord,

I feel so alone in this situation. I’ve tried so hard to be his friend, but I can’t if he won’t let me. He won’t even forgive me for stuff I’ve done in the past when I wasn’t following You.

Lord, just help me out a little. Should I continue to be his friend and try to make amends, or should I just let things go and move on?

It’s so hard. He was such a big piece of my life for so long that it’s hard to just throw away a friendship that could be great if he would just give it another chance.

Please, God, just open his eyes. Let him know that I’m TRYING. Help him to see that. Help him to see that he’s in the wrong just as much as I was.
