hello, can you give me some advice? I just cant take it anymore! i have this phobia of riding in an airplane. I always imagine what if the airplane will crash. waaaa, i cant take it anymore. Please give me some advice to forget that. I don’t know what is happening to me. I’m scared, this coming Tuesday I will be going back to my country. And I am really scared. Oh Lord, please help us!
