Help This Time Be Different

Dear God

I have had a number of difficult years in my career. I work so hard to make a difference through my work and the way I deal with those who work with me and for me.  However, I keep getting caught up in doubt, politics and trouble. I have recently applied for a new role where I could make an enormous difference to so many people and yet I see it going so off course again so soon after I was even aware it existed. Please help me be able to achieve my goal of fulfillment through achieving appointment to the new role and success through what I do in that role and clear away the clouds of self doubt and loathing which get thicker everytime my labours end in negativity
