May I ask for a miracle?

Dear God,
I currently have a health issue that I cannot afford to pay to get fixed. It keeps me from getting a proper job and has made me rather antisocial. Is it wrong for me to ask for a miracle? Some healing? I am at my wits end with this and can really use your help thus I have to ask, do you grant healing miracles? Regardless of your answer I thank you for everything I have now and for listening to my prayers. It really helps me to get all this out to you. I will continue to pray and have faith you will guide me to where I need to be. With lots of love,
