My heart & soul feels heavy

Dear Jesus, my heart & soul feel heavy. I love you desperately. I believe with all that I am. My heart & soul should reflect it, right? My attitude outward looks fine, but inwardly I feel wretched. I forget not to judge, to be slow to anger. I forget that I have you to help. Please Lord, lift me from this myre I’m in. Help me to love the woman that you created. Holy Spirit, fill me with your hope, and ever abundant joy. I don’t like who I am, but believe you can help me change, heart & soul. Amen!!!
