I saw two signs from God today
It was three in the morning, I just woke up from passing out at three in the afternoon, major thanks to jet lag. I was looking out my window, admiring the not-so-dark night of the city. I was looking at the moon and realized how unusually clear the city was this night, I even saw stars. For you non-NYC peeps, it’s close to impossible to seeing stars in NYC since the city lights is always shielding it from your eyes, that’s why I was quite surprised. But that shock was not comparable to anything until I saw something – a shooting star. It went by in less in a second. If I blinked, I would have missed it. I was in awe because of many reasons, one being that it was my first time I ever saw a shooting star, and second, well, a shooting star in NYC? That’s kind of insane. But there was only one explanation for this – God is welcoming me back home with this sign.
Now it’s 6 AM, I just showered and I am starting to unpack, I went to my window again and saw that the sun was rising. It was so beautiful, the word ‘beautiful’ can’t even describe it. Then I saw a flog of birds flew past the sun, and it was the second time I was in awe today. And what else could it mean? So beautiful.
That said, I am back to NYC after the most relaxing summer vacation ever and ready to get my tumblarity up once again. 🙂 Nah, I don’t care for it, but it does show the level of dedication I have for my own tumblr, so I’m dedicated to getting that number up once more. Thanks for sticking with me!
