My goal for the next 9 days…

Lose at least 5 pounds.

I leave for college again then, and I want to officially lose the Freshman 15 I gained last year. I’ve already lost some of it this summer, but not all of it. And obviously I want to look good when I go back!

So here’s what I’m gonna do…
-treadmill at least once a day
-ride my bike to the beach when it finally gets sunny out again
-walk instead of driving if my destination is close enough
-eat only 2 snack foods a day: one after lunch, one after dinner
-no eating after 9:00pm
-only drink water (and milk for dinner) no more lemonade, iced tea, etc
-eat an apple or some kind of fruit each day
-avoid fried food and foods filled with carbs
-and obviously, just eat less!

I’m printing this out, along with signs saying “go on the treadmill” and hanging them in my room to remind me to keep up with it, so I can finally get rid of the stupid Freshman 15, and pray to God I don’t gain the Sophomore 15!!
